"Sylvester Stallone's Son Dies of Apparent Overdose"

Sage Stallone, the 36-year-old son of legendary actor Sylvester Stallone, was found dead in his Los Angeles home after suffering what appears to be a drug overdose. Sources close to the scene revealed to TMZ that "numerous empty pill bottles" were found at the scene, but law enforcement officers say that Sage's death doesn't appear to be a suicide.

No suicide notes were found at the scene and it's still being determined what kinds of pills Sage ingested. Michelle Bega, a rep for Sylvester Stallone, released a statement on the actor's current state, saying "Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone.  His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha.  Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man.  His loss will be felt forever."

"Chris Rock Speaks On Obama and Trayvon Martin"

Chris Rock has never shied away from racial issues. In a new interview with Details Magazine, Rock spoke on several things, including Obama and Trayvon Martin.

"Michelle Obama Threat: D. C. Police Officer Allegedly Said He'd Shoot First Lady, Reports Says"

WASHINGTON -- A District of Columbia police officer has been taken off a motorcycle escort for White House officials after he allegedly said he'd shoot first lady Michelle Obama and "then used his phone to retrieve a picture of the firearm he said he would use," according to The Washington Post.
The Metropolitan Police Deparment is investigating and the Secret Service has been told of the alleged threat, the Post reports:

The motorman alledegly made the comments Wednesday morning as several officers from the Special Operations Division discussed threats against President Obama.  It was not immediately clear where the alleged conversation took place or exactly how many officers took part in the conversation. 

During that conversation, the officials said, the officer allegedly said he would shoot the First Lady and then used his phone to retrieve a picture of the firearm he said he would use.  It was not immediately clear what type of firearm was allegedly shown. 

An officer overheard the alleged threat and reported it to a police lieutenant at the Division, who immediately notified superiors, the officials said.

Jimmy Kimmel put together this hilarious reading of a passage from R. Kelly's new book "Soulacoaster", which is an autobiography comprised of memoirs from Kelly's life.  The hilarious part about the reading was that Jimmy Kimmel got the renowned actor Gary Oldman, currently playing Commissioner Gordon in "Dark Knight Rises", to read the passage.

Oldman is known for his Shakespearean style of performing on stage, so when you combine that with a book about hip-hop and R&B, you have pure comedy.  Watch, laugh, and above all else, enjoy.

"Beanie Sigel Heading To Prison For 2 Years For Tax Evasion"

Sadly, Beanie Sigel has been ordered to serve 2 years behind bars for failing to pay his taxes.  Since 1999, Sigel has failed to pay $728,536 in federal income taxes.  He pleaded guilty earlier this year to failing to file his federal income tax returns for the years 2003-'05, during which he made over $1 million but did not pay his taxes which amounted to $348,077 for those years alone.

Going to jail again? Now how can someone get upset at Jay-Z for not wanting to resign them when they can't even stop going to jail?

"Usher's Stepson Declared Brain Dead After Jet Skiing Accident"

Kyle Glover, 11-year-old son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster, was involved in a jet skiing accident yesterday on Lake Lanier. He was sitting in a tube on the lake when he was struck by a jet ski, knocking him unconscious. Glover was completely unresponsive when he was rescued from the water, and he's currently in critical condition. In a show of good faith, Usher chartered a plane for his estranged to be by her son, because she was out of town at the time of the accident. Later in the evening, after Usher had joined Tameka and her family, it was revealed that Kyle was brain dead and had not experienced any brain activity since being admitted to the hospital. Now this is a really good dude because as much hell as she's put him through I don't think he can stand the sight of her. I bet she thinks in some kind of way this will possibly get him back closer to her or even get him back period.

"Inglewood Pastor Accused of Abusing a Minor"

On Thursday, Gordon Solomon, a pastor at Christ's Community Church in Inglewood, was arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing a minor, according to law enforcement. In a statement given by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the pastor allegedly had a two-year relationship with a teenage girl that started when she was only 14. Solomon, who is believed by investigators to have more victims, was arrested this past Wednesday and is currently being held on roughly $3 million bail. Is this what we've come too? I've never seen this many different man of power sexually assaulting kids. These men that do this should be put in the general population of the prison jails.

Chris Rock had a very interesting 4th of July. He's being very honest these days. Which this has been apart of his comedy from day one. He continues to say that there's a perk for being descended from slavery. "Difficult as it was to hear, slavery has benefited descendants like me. I believe there is a superior athletic gene in us. I wonder if he's watching me from up above or is he somewhere suffering? He wasn't like a brother to me, he was my brother. Even though we didn't talk much he and I always held a special bond. If I could just see him one more time I would let him know how much he meant and what other possibilities where available to him. He was a little older, skin tone was a little lighter, and was a little taller than me. His life mattered. To see someone with so much to live for vanish into thin air, is beyond disbelief to me. Apart of me is no longer. I don't think I will rest a good nights sleep until I know who, what, where, and why he was taken away from us. Still looking for clues. Watching cars pass by with a close eye. Looking to see if anyone is watching me. Even though I'm in another city you just never know. Wonder if I will ever see him again? This is going to be a long process for me to get over, so forgive me friends and family if every now and then I get a little quiet. I'm just thinking about Adrian. I went from being a troubled man to thinking before I react. I had to leave some friends behind. Some of my family members were dead by the time they were 19. Once I got away from my neighborhood and picked up a book I was enlightened. I loved what I was learning. Learning about my history, my strengths, my weaknesses, and realizing that I could do better. This is a man. I am.

Must I deny my past in order to fit in? I was once lost. I still have friends that's doing the samething we were doing 15 yrs ago. They never found anything different to do in life. I was lucky. I got out in time and with enough mental capability to be able to talk about it.

     I knew she was the one within a few months of us dating.  I knew she was the one after the feeling of guilt crossed my mind, when the thought cheating was in the air.  I knew she was the one when I thought about loosing her if I were to be caught in the act of deception.  What would I do then?  I get along with her better than anyone I've ever dated.  So why would I destroy her trust?  Maybe I'm just a man?
