The incredible singer Stevie Wonder spoke out about the concept of sexuality and gay individuals during a recent interview with The Guardian. Although he acknowledged that certain gay individuals do deeply choose to be with a person of the same sex, he feels certain gay people are just severely confused. Stevie feels as though some people who claim to be gay misinterpret closeness and bonding for actual love.
Here's what he had to say:
"I think honestly, some people who think they're gay, they're confused. People can misconstrue closeness for love. People can feel connected, they bond. I'm not saying all [gay people]. Some people have a desire to be with the same sex. But that's them."
